This attention allows us to rethink educational proposals, spaces and times, in order to respond to their needs. We focus on a child\u2019s natural curiosity, exploring what motivates them. Each child leads its own development, with close support from the teacher. Knowing the child in action is essential to face the greatest challenge of participatory pedagogies: aligning children\u2019s interests with educators\u2019 intentions. This purpose is achieved through teamwork with the entire educational community. <\/p>\n

The success of schools as quality learning and development environments depends, to a large extent, on their internal organisation and pedagogical practices. These are directly linked to the ongoing training of the entire team, both teaching and non-teaching staff. <\/p>\n

Col\u00e9gio Catarina de Bragan\u00e7a and Project To Be group invest in the comprehensive development of their team, through a Learning and Development Plan that includes all employees and covers several thematic areas.<\/p>\n
